The BIS
Entity List contains a listing of foreign end users involved in
proliferation activities. The end users have been determined to present
an unacceptable risk of diversion to developing weapons of mass destruction
or the missiles used to deliver those weapons. It is an up-to-date list
maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and has interactive
search capabilities.
If your end user does not appear on the list, you are still responsible for determining the nature and activities of your potential customers. See the "Know Your Customer" Guidance and Red Flags in the Appendix of the Guide to Exporting for assistance in this determination. |
